Quality Management We have in place a comprehensive System of Quality Management (SoQM) which is assessed annually regarding its operating effectiveness. Remediation plan is established for areas of improvements identified in the assessment. Our SoQM introduces an overall quality objective to deliver services effectively and efficiently that meets the expectations of our clients and other stakeholders. To achieve these objectives, we have established a quality management process which includes but not limited to risk identification, risk responses, monitoring and continuous improvement.
